WET SANDING AFTER PAINTING

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ALLOW ADEQUATE DRYING TIME. IT IS CRITICAL. YOU SHOULD WAIT AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOU TOUCH THE CLEAR COAT. AFTER DRYING FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS, YOUR CAR WILL BE READY FOR WET SANDING AND BUFFING.
THE FINAL FINISHING STEP IN THE PROCESS OF PAINTING YOUR CAR, IS WHAT BRINGS OUT THE HIGH GLOSS AND THE MIRROR QUALITY SHINE IN YOUR CAR. WET SANDING AND CAREFUL BUFFING OR POLISHING CAN PRODUCE SPECTACULAR RESULTS, WITH A "WET LOOKING" FINISH. BUT BEFORE YOU CAN GET THAT RESULT, YOU WILL NEED TO SMOOTH THE FINISH, ELIMINATING SOME OF THE GLOSS IN THE CLEAR COAT. THEN, AFTER YOU HAVE SANDED AND THE FINISH IS SUPER-SMOOTH YOU RESTORE THE SHINE BY BUFFING AND POLISHING THE PAINT.
